The announcement that Kick-Flight is shutting down its servers was not well received by the player base.
This is one of those games that people either don’t care about or fall in love with. There are no other games that are similar enough to Kick-Flight to inherit its players. It’s tragic to see this game go so soon.
Kick-Flight is unique in Art Style and Gameplay

It doesn’t take much for one to realize that this game looks very polished and well designed. The arenas are interesting, the aerial gameplay is super exciting, and all the characters have unique looks and skills! Also, the graphics are impressive for a mobile game.

The idea behind the game was to fly around collecting crystals and delivering them at your base while dodging or killing adversaries of the opposite team who were doing the same.

Just by taking a quick look at the graphics and gameplay, it’s easy to realize that Kick-Flight was overflowing with potential. It shouldn’t surprise anyone that the dedicated player base is already mourning.
The date has already been announced
The announcement came from the game’s official twitter.
[Important: Notice of service termination (1/3) ] “Kick-Flight” will be discontinued on March 22, 2021. We sincerely apologize for this announcement. Please check the in-game announcement for details.
Since Kick-Flight is Shutting Down the Servers on March 22, we can already measure that the overall life of Kick-Flight was not much more than a year. It is known that finding a match outside Japan had already turned into a much harder task. Many comments blame the studio for not advertising the game enough.
It’s unfortunate how Kick-Flight became one of those games that had everything to be great, except for enough players. There are already many team-based popular games for mobile devices that Kick-Flight had to compete with. Sadly, the game’s popularity never grew enough to prevent this shutdown.
